The Keshet Lab

Located in the Bert W. Strassburger metabolic center for preventive medicine in The Sheba medical center, our lab studies the role of lipids and lipoproteins in the pathophysiology of cancer and metabolic disease like obesity, fatty liver and the metabolic syndrome. By using cutting edge tools like lipidomic analysis and single-cell transcriptomics, we wish to uncover novel disease-promoting mechanisms and potential new targets for therapy.
